At least 8 hours of sleep each day is recommended to have fairer and young looking skin.

Hydrating from within and out will maintain the skin plump and firm. Scientists advise those people who wanted to stay looking young to sneak in at least 8 cups of water each day. Green tea and juicy fruits like watermelon are also advised to be taken in order to have fairer skin. Using sunscreen when going out is also advised for it can help protect the skin from being damaged by the sun.

Hunched and rounded shoulders can make a person look old. It would be good and healthy if a person would stand tall with their knees soft and not locked. See to it that the ears, hip, ankle and shoulder are all in position or alignment.

A person who wants to look younger must also say no to goatees and beards. Facial hair greatly influences how a person looks and having it ages a person.

Exercising regularly can also help a person keep his good posture, eases stress that causes wrinkles and intensify blood flow, keeping the whole body healthy and well oxygenated.
